Research Interest

Design, optimization, advanced materials sciences, electrocatalysis, green technology, and biomass conversion to value-added products: bioenergy and biochemicals.

  • Carbonaceous nanomaterials based electrocatalysts from graphite sources of Arunachal Pradesh towards Sustainable Hydrogen Production (Project No.HP2400010)
  • Physico-chemical characterization of the potential bioresources endemic to Northeast India for biofuel and value-added production. (Project No. MMP025302)
  • Investigating the Indigenous Grasses of Assam and Meghalaya for Biopolymer Potential. (Project No. MMP025302).
  • Pilot scale production of graphene from North East Indian coal feed stock and scale-up of high carbon content natural graphite from low grade natural graphite sources in Arunachal Pradesh (Project No. FTT 080509).
  • Design and synthesis of new catalysts for hydrogen production from ammonia (Project No. FBR080305).
